    Ingredients for Kacche Aam Ki Chutney

    • Raw mango—2 medium-sized (peeled and cut into pieces) Jaggery – 1/2 cup (grated) Fennel – 1 tsp, cumin – 1/2 tsp, fenugreek seeds – 1/4 tsp spoon
    • Red chili powder—1/2 tsp
    • Black salt—1/2 tsp
    • White salt—as per taste
    • Turmeric powder—1/4 tsp
    • Oil—1 tbsp
    • Water—1/2 cup

    Boil mangoes Firstly, add raw mango pieces and water in a pan. Boil on low flame for 8–10 minutes till the mangoes become soft.Mash or grind:Mash the boiled mangoes when they cool down or grind them coarsely in a mixer .Tadka:Heat oil in a pan, then add fennel seeds, cumin seeds, and fenugreek seeds and fry them.Add spices:

    Now add turmeric and red chili powder and stir for a few seconds.Add mango and jaggery:Add grated mango and jaggery to it. Cook on low flame for 5–7 minutes till the mixture thickens.Add salt:

    Finally, add black salt and white salt to taste. Mix well and cook for 1–2 minutes more.Cool and store:Let the chutney cool and then store it in a glass bottle or container. It stays fresh in the fridge for 7–10 days.Serve with hot parathas, puri, or besan chilla.It also tastes great with rice and dal.Use as chutney with snacks or samosas.
