Ingredients for Kacche Aam Ki Chutney
- Raw mango—2 medium-sized (peeled and cut into pieces) Jaggery – 1/2 cup (grated) Fennel – 1 tsp, cumin – 1/2 tsp, fenugreek seeds – 1/4 tsp spoon
- Red chili powder—1/2 tsp
- Black salt—1/2 tsp
- White salt—as per taste
- Turmeric powder—1/4 tsp
- Oil—1 tbsp
- Water—1/2 cup
How to Make Kacche Aam Ki Chutney:
Boil mangoes Firstly, add raw mango pieces and water in a pan. Boil on low flame for 8–10 minutes till the mangoes become soft.Mash or grind:Mash the boiled mangoes when they cool down or grind them coarsely in a mixer .Tadka:Heat oil in a pan, then add fennel seeds, cumin seeds, and fenugreek seeds and fry them.Add spices:
Now add turmeric and red chili powder and stir for a few seconds.Add mango and jaggery:Add grated mango and jaggery to it. Cook on low flame for 5–7 minutes till the mixture thickens.Add salt:
Finally, add black salt and white salt to taste. Mix well and cook for 1–2 minutes more.Cool and store:Let the chutney cool and then store it in a glass bottle or container.
