This film is directed by Karan Singh Tyagi it drafts its subject from the fermenting novel The Case That Shook the Empire by Raghu Palat and Pushpa Palat. The storyline’s essence revolves around Case. Sankaran Nair the brave barrister portrayed by Akshay Kumar who challenged the British Empire to look for retribution after the savage massacre of Jallianwala Bagh in 1919. Coultry drama pursues how Nair goes for justice while witty and cunning British lawyer Neville MacKinlay also stars R. Madhavan. Dilreet Gill is added with emotional value by Ananya Panday.
