Ingredients to make mango ice cream :
Ripe mango pulp, 2 cups (about 2 large mangoes)
Condensed milk: 1 cup
Fresh cream (Amul or any) 1 cup (cold)
Method to Make Mango Ice Cream:
First of all, peel the mango and cut it into pieces. Put it in the mixer and make a smooth puree. There should be no seeds or fibers. In a large bowl, add mango puree, condensed milk, and cold cream. Beat it with your hands or a hand blender till the mixture becomes light and fluffy. You can also add vanilla essence if you want. Pour the prepared mixture into an airtight container. Place butter paper or cling film on top so that ice crystals do not form.
Keep it in the freezer to freeze for at least 6–8 hours. Scoop the prepared mango ice cream and serve by garnishing with some dry fruits or mango pieces on top. To make the ice cream more creamy, take out the mixture after 2 hours, beat it again, and then keep it in the freezer. To make it without condensed milk, use sugar and milk powder. You can also make mango ice cream bars by freezing it in small molds.
