Ingredients to make Pahadi-style Maggi :
- Maggi—2 packets
- Water—1.5 cups
- Onion—1 (finely chopped)
- Tomato—1 (finely chopped)
- Green chili—1-2 (chopped)
- Capsicum—½ cup (chopped)
- Boiled sweet corn—2 tbsp
- Salt—according to taste
- Turmeric—¼ tsp
- Red chili powder—½ tsp
- Chat masala—½ tsp
- Cumin seeds—½ tsp
- Oil—1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves—for garnish
Method to make Pahadi-style Maggi :
Heat the pan and add oil to it. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and let them crackle for a few seconds.Now add onion and green chili and fry till the onion turns golden.
Then add tomatoes and let it cook well. Now add turmeric, red chili powder, chaat masala, and salt and fry the masala.
Add capsicum and sweet corn to it, fry lightly, but do not overcook them so that the crunch remains.Now add 1.5 cups of water and let it boil.
When it boils, add Maggi and its masala.Cook Maggi well on medium flame until all the water is absorbed.Garnish with green coriander and serve hot.
