PM Modi Announces New Projects and More Trains to Boost Bihar’s Development:

Rs 13,500 Crore Projects and New Trains for Bihar’s Development. Infrastructure in Bihar is energized by the flagging of new trains and the inauguration of significant project activities by Modi in that state.

Launching the projects which were on infrastructure improvement, connectivity, and a better quality of life for millions of Bihar’s inhabitants was on Thursday by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, a historic day for the development of the state. More than Rs 13,500 crore were involved in the investment on that day.

Flagging New Trains: The Leap Toward Better Connectivity

However, the most awaited of all the events was the introduction of four new trains aimed at reforming travel patterns across Bihar and out of the state.

Among the new connections would be the Amrit Bharat Express connecting Saharsa to Mumbai and the Namo Bharat Rapid Rail which would commute between Jaynagar and Patna.

Additionally, the new trains connecting Pipra to Saharsa and Saharsa to Samastipur will improve travel within the local areas, making it easier for people to commute and stay connected. Thus, travel will be made easier, faster, and within everyone’s reach
across the region.

Inaugurating Major Rail and Infrastructure Projects

Prime Minister Modi also took a shot at inaugurating some very important rail and infrastructure projects. The Prime Minister also inaugurated the Supaul-Pipra railroad line, the Hasanpur-Bithan rail line, and two new flyovers at Chapra and Bagah, where such transportation advancements will influence the areas positively.

These projects are going to immensely improve transportation systems within the state in such a way that moving from towns to cities will be easier for people in general. Further commitment to the country made the Khagaria-Alauli rail line, adding to the air of
strength and buoyancy for the rail network of the state.

Laying the Foundation for Gopalganj’s Future Growth

Prime Minister laid the foundation stone for an LPG bottling plant along with a rail unloading facility in Gopalganj yesterday which he termed as another milestone towards giving a boost to Bihar’s industrial capacity. Expected to benefit households as well as businesses, the project, worth Rs 340 crores, is expected to improve the efficiency of bulk LPG transportation by streamlining the supply chain.

Bihar: Cackling the Power Sector

There was also emphasis on the power sector. Over Rs 1,170 crore projects for the improvement of highly concentrated electricity distribution were established by Modi.

With those projects, modern power infrastructure is set up to ensure that the residents will be able to enjoy more continuous and reliable electric energy.

Enabling Rural Progress and Habitat

As part of his rural livelihood promises, the PM also gave away benefits of the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana (DAY-NRLM) to more than 2 lakh SHGs from Bihar for their community-based initiatives with Rs 930 crore.

In addition, sanction letters were given to 15 lakh new people under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Gramin), and the Prime Minister personally handed over house keys to more than 1 lakh families who have received homes through the scheme.

The various projects by Prime Minister Modi are aimed at not just infrastructure development but also better opportunities and a higher standard for the people of Bihar.
