Action Scene Turns Risky for Priyanka Chopra
Global star Priyanka Chopra recently shared a shocking moment from the shoot of her upcoming Hollywood film Heads of State. While filming an intense rain soaked stunt scene she came dangerously close to a serious injury. The camera lens came so close to her face that a part of her eyebrow got ripped off and her eye could have been damaged.
“My Eye Could’ve Been Gone” – Priyanka’s Scary Moment
Speaking in The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon Priyanka talked about the terrifying moment. She explained that the stunt needed her to roll on the floor in heavy rain while the camera zoomed in for a close up. In the rush both she and the camera operator came too close and it led to the accident.
“A part of my eyebrow was gone and my eye could’ve been gone too. I was really lucky” she said.
No Panic so She Glued It and Kept Going
Instead of stopping the shoot Priyanka stayed calm and focused. She used surgical glue on the injured spot and finished the scene.
“I did not want to come back and shoot in the rain again” she said with a smile. Fans loved her dedication and courage.

In Heads of State Priyanka plays an intelligence officer who has to protect top world leaders including the US President and the UK Prime Minister. The film also features Idris Elba and John Cena so it is one of the most awaited global action comedies.
