How to Make Rice Dhokla :
Soak rice and urad dal in water for 5-6 hours. Then add some water in the mixer and make a smooth paste. Take out the paste in a bowl, add curd, green chili-ginger paste, and salt. Cover and let it ferment for 6-8 hours (or overnight). Add Eno fruit salt to the batter and mix immediately (the batter will swell). Grease a plate or mold and pour the batter into it. Cook the dhokla in a steamer or cooker for 15-20 minutes. Check by inserting a toothpick—if it comes out clean, then it is ready.
Let it cool and cut it into pieces. Heat oil in a small pan, and add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, green chilies, and curry leaves. Pour this tempering over the prepared dhokla. Serve with green coriander chutney or sweet tamarind chutney. This can also be served as a snack with tiffin or tea.
