Ingredients required for Shahi Mughlai Paratha :
- Maida—2 cups
- Salt—½ tsp
- Oil—2 tbsp
- Water—as required
- Eggs—2
- Onion—1 finely chopped
- Green chili—1-2 (finely chopped)
- Boiled minced meat/paneer—1 cup
- Coriander leaves—2 tbsp
- Garam masala—½ tsp
- Red chili powder—½ tsp
- Salt—as per taste
- Oil—for frying
How to make Shahi Mughlai Paratha :
Mix salt and oil in the flour and knead a soft dough. Keep it covered for 20 minutes.
Add minced meat, onion, chili, spices, and coriander leaves to the eggs and beat well.
Take a dough ball and roll it into a thin roti, which is slightly bigger than a normal roti
Place the roti on the pan, put the filling in the middle, and fold it from all four sides to make a square.
Fry on low flame till both sides are golden and crispy.
Serve hot parathas with mint chutney, curd, or sauce.
If you are a vegetarian, use paneer and boiled potatoes instead of eggs and minced meat.
Add kasuri methi and a little lemon juice to the filling to enhance the taste.
