- Turmeric—1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder—1 tsp
- Coriander powder—1 tsp
- Garam masala—1/2 tsp
- Chicken masala—1 tsp (optional)
- A small piece of coal
- Ghee—1/2 tsp
How to make Chicken Angara :
Marinate the chicken with curd, salt, red chili, turmeric, and ginger-garlic paste for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and fry till golden brown. Now add green chili, tomato puree, and cashew paste. Now add coriander powder, chicken masala, garam masala, and kasuri methi and fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add marinated chicken and mix. Cover and cook on medium flame till the chicken melts. Now add cream and mix. Cook for some more time. Light a small coal and keep it in a bowl, and place it in the middle of the chicken. Pour ghee over it and immediately close the lid. Keep it for 5-7 minutes.
