which is very easy to make. It is prepared very easily with homemade ingredients, and it also takes very little time to make it. Ingredients required to make Soya Chaap :

  1. Soya chaap—5-6 sticks (frozen or fresh)
  2. Curd – 1/2 cup
  3. Ginger-garlic paste—1 tablespoon
  4. Red chili powder—1 teaspoon
  5. Turmeric powder—1/2 teaspoon
  6. Garam masala—1/2 teaspoon
  7. Lemon juice—1 tablespoon
  8. Salt—according to taste
  9. Oil—1 tablespoon
  10. Onion—2 (chopped)
  11. Tomatoes—2 (puree)
  12. Cashew paste—2 tablespoons
  13. Ginger-garlic paste—1 teaspoon
  14. Red chili powder—1 teaspoon
  15. Coriander powder—1 teaspoon
  16. Kitchen King masala—1 teaspoon
  17. Kasuri methi—1 teaspoon
  18. Cream – 2 tablespoons
  19. Salt—according to taste

Ghee/oil—2 tablespoons

Method of preparation for make Soya Chaap:

First of all, boil the soya chaap for 5-10 minutes. When cooled, remove from the stick and cut into pieces. Now mix these pieces with curd, spices, and lemon juice and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Heat some oil on a tawa or grill pan. Fry the marinated chaap on both sides till it becomes golden brown. Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice on top. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the onions till they turn golden. Now add ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree  add spices too.

Fry well, then add cashew paste and some water. When the gravy thickens, add tandoori chaap to it. Add cream and kasuri methi on top and serve. Serve tandoori soya chaap with green chutney, onion, and lemon. Serve gravy soya chaap with naan, roti, or jeera rice. The longer the marination, the deeper the taste. If you want to bake it in the oven, then bake for 20-25 minutes at 200°C. If you want, you can make it more royal by adding cream or butter to the gravy.
