Turmeric—¼ tsp
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder—1 tsp

Method for making soya rice :
Add some salt to the water and boil it, and add soya chunks to it. Boil for 5–7 minutes and then strain and wash in cold water. Remove excess water by pressing with hands. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and fry. Then add onion and fry till light golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Now add tomatoes and add spices (turmeric, red chili, and coriander powder). Cook till tomatoes melt. Now add boiled soy chunks and mix well with spices.
