    Stuffed parwal is a very easy and quick recipe in which stuffed parwal is prepared by mixing onion, tomato, and fresh spices. It takes 20 to 25 minutes to make it, and it is eaten very easily with dal, rice, or roti.     Ingredients for Stuffed Parwal :

    • Parwal (Pointed Gourd) – 8 to 10 (wash, peel, and make a slit in the middle)
    • Oil—2-3 tbsp
    • Asafoetida—1 pinch
    • Cumin seeds—1 tsp
    • For stuffing masala:
    • Gram flour—4 tbsp
    • Coriander powder—2 tsp
    • Fennel powder—1 tsp
    • Red chili powder—1 tsp
    • Turmeric powder—1/2 tsp
    • Dry mango powder—1 tsp
    • Salt—as per taste

    Put some oil in a pan and lightly fry the gram flour in it till the aroma starts coming.

    Now add coriander powder, fennel, chili, turmeric, salt, and dry mango powder to it. Cool this prepared masala and keep it aside.
