Its concept version was shown at the India Mobility Expo held in Delhi in January 2025, which attracted a lot of attention. This SUV can be available in both 5-seater and 4-seater options, giving more options to the customers.
2. Maruti Suzuki’s new 5-seater SUV – Hyundai Creta will get competition
Maruti Suzuki is India’s largest car manufacturer, and now it is coming up with a brand new SUV that will directly challenge the Hyundai Creta. Recently this SUV has been seen during testing and it can be launched in the next 2-3 months. The special thing is that it will be sold in Maruti’s Arena showrooms.
The design of this SUV may be similar to the Grand Vitara, but it will not get a strong hybrid engine. Initially it will come only with petrol engine. However, the company can also introduce its CNG version later, as Maruti’s CNG vehicles are quite popular among the people.

Hyundai is preparing to bring a new generation version of its compact SUV Venue. The new Venue will be launched in the last three months of 2025. There are reports that this SUV will be given advanced safety features like Level-2 ADAS, which are usually seen in premium vehicles. The new Duster has been built on Renault-Nissan’s CMF-B platform. It will only have petrol engine and currently there are no plans to bring a 4×4 version. Along with this, its Nissan version can also enter the Indian market by April 2026.
