  2. Carrot—1 (grated)

  6. Ginger-garlic paste—1 tsp
  7. Green chili – 1 finely chopped
  8. Green coriander—2 tablespoons
  9. Red chili powder—1/2 teaspoon
  10. Garam masala—1/2 teaspoon
  11. Chaat masala – 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Salt—according to taste
  13. Gram flour or bread crumbs—2 tablespoons (for binding)
  14. Oil—for shallow frying or air frying

Method of making veg kebabs:

Steam or lightly boil all the vegetables. Mash boiled potatoes in a bowl. Add all the vegetables, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and salt to it. Mix well and add gram flour or bread crumbs. Make the prepared mixture in the shape of small kebabs or tikkis. If you want, wrap the kebabs in a few breadcrumbs so that they become crispier. Heat some oil in the pan and fry the kebabs on medium flame till they turn golden on both sides. If you want, you can also bake them in an air fryer or oven.
