- Rice (cold) 2 cups
- Carrot (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup capsicum (chopped)
- 1/4 cup beans (chopped)
- 1/4 cup green peas (boiled)
- 1/4 cup cabbage (chopped)
- 1/4 cup green onion
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt,
- oil, or butter
- as per taste, 2 tablespoons
- Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
How to Make Fried Rice Recipe :
Chop all the vegetables finely, cook the rice in advance, and let it cool (leftover rice is best for fried rice). Heat oil in a wok or pan. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste to it and fry lightly. Add vegetables and fry. Add carrots, beans, peas, capsicum, and cabbage and fry on high flame for 3-4 minutes. If the vegetables are slightly crunchy, then it tastes better. Now add soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, and salt to it. Mix everything well. Now add cooked rice and mix gently so that the rice does not break. Stir on high flame for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with green onions and serve hot. Use cold rice; it prevents rice from sticking. Do not overcook the vegetables; keep them slightly crispy. If you want, you can also add egg, paneer, or chicken to it. You can serve fried rice with Manchurian, garlic sauce, chili paneer, or tomato ketchup.
