The Indian market is just ready to get another heavyweight contender the highly awaited Vivo V50e. Leaks and reports almost confirm this feature-rich smartphone will arrive in mid-April 2025. The device has appeared on many certification platforms and is expected to come with a premium design along with the latest specs and an attractive price. As industry insiders say design-wise the Vivo V50e is planned to keep the Vivo S20 which launched in China the previous year in common.

Since the Vivo V50e came at the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website excitement has been brewed about a launch opportunity. This device will also join the Vivo V50, which made its debut in India earlier this year. With that super sleek aesthetics and top-tier hardware, Vivo seems to be set to take over the mid-range smartphone segment.
A Peek into the Gorgeous Design and Display
Rumors say that Vivo V50e would be coming with a glass-backed premium build giving an elegant and classy appeal. Round the back a dual camera setup found within a circular module is expected to be central with a ring light unit positioned below in a pill-shaped island for some enhanced photography.
The front also gets impressive, comprising a 6.77-inch 1.5K quad-curved AMOLED display with ultra-thin bezels and 120Hz refresh rate making it suitable for super smooth scrolling and gaming. It will have in the center the hole punch cutout to host the selfie camera.
Powerful Hardware and Software Experience
The Vivo V50e is expected to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC under the hood, promising high speed and efficient use. The phone will run Android 15-based Funtouch OS 15 making it a clean and hassle-free software experience.
An absolutely massive 5,600mAh battery will power the device during the day backed by lightning-fast 90W fast charging. The phone is also rumored to come with IP68 and IP69 certifications for high dust and water protection.

Photography enthusiasts can expect a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide lens at the rear for the Vivo V50e. The front will feature a 50MP selfie camera, shooting selfies in mega pixels and giving a better experience for video calls.
On price, reports claim that the Vivo V50e would be between the range of ₹25,000-₹30,000. The smartphone is said to be available in two bright hues Pearl White and Sapphire Blue.
