Indian Journalists and Citizens are being targeted during Operation Sindoor by Pakistan’s Intelligence. Pakistan is constantly calling through WhatsApp to the user as a fake WhatsApp call.ย 

The public is advised by the Defence Minister to avoid any False Information and be on alert.ย 

There’s a serious Cyber Security Threat going on in India, It is confirmed that Pakistan Intelligence Agency (PIO) is calling through the Indian Number: +91 7340921702 and is asking for critical information of the users. They are portraying themselves as Indian Defense Officials.ย 

The whole agenda behind the calls is to obtain the Information of the user through these fake calls.ย 

They are targeting to know the information about Operation Sindoor and the response to the recent attacks by Pakistan on the Indian Military Base. They are mainly calling Journalists and Media Persons.ย 

How do these calls spread a Trap?

The person who will call will be portrayed as an Officer from the Indian Army and will speak in both English and Hindi Language. They will soon gain your trust by speaking politely to you.ย 

What to do in this Situation?

Never share any personal Information with an unknown person. Disconnect the call right away and inform the security agencies. Either the number that is provided in this post: 7340921702, or any other suspicious number, doesn’t need to be picked up.ย
