Cook onion-tomato: Then add onion paste and fry till golden brown. When the onion is fried well, add tomato paste and fry it till the masala leaves oil.

Add spices: Now add turmeric, coriander powder, black pepper, garam masala, salt and ginger-garlic paste and mix well. If needed, add some water and fry the masala so that the masala does not burn.

Add green peas: Now add fresh green peas and cook for 2-3 minutes so that the peas become a little soft.

Prepare the gravy: When the masala is cooked well, add water as per requirement and let it boil.

Add paneer: Now add fried paneer pieces and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes so that paneer absorbs the flavour of gravy well.

Final touch: Lastly, add finely chopped coriander leaves on top and turn off the gas.
