    Pasta Masala: Often small children like to eat something in the evening, for which this is a very good option. To make pasta, you can try making it with wheat rice; this also enhances its taste.

    To make rice pasta, you can choose your favorite vegetables. It takes 20 to 25 minutes to make pasta, in which it is prepared very easily. You can also search pasta as a status; it can win the hearts of children. So, let’s quickly know what ingredients we need to make pasta masala:

    How to Make Dal Dhokli at Home , Spicy, Tangy & Flavorful

    Ingredients we need to make pasta masala:

    • Coriander seeds, 2 tablespoons
    • Fennel seeds, 1 tablespoon
    • Cumin, 1 teaspoon
    • Black peppercorns, 1 teaspoon
    • Dry red chili 3-4 (according to taste)
    • Cinnamon, 1 small piece
    • Cloves 3-4
    • Kasuri methi 1 tsp
    • Powdered spices: turmeric, dry mango powder 1/2-1/2 tsp (add later)
    • Method to make pasta masala:

    Roast all the whole spices in a pan on medium flame for 1-2 minutes till the aroma starts coming. Let it cool and then grind it finely in a mixer. Now add turmeric and dry mango powder to it.

    Store in an airtight container—can last up to 2 months. While making pasta, add 1-2 tsp. to tomato-onion or white sauce. You can add it in red sauce, white sauce, or desi style. Kids and adults—both will like this taste.
