Next-Gen 2025 Jeep Compass Fully Revealed in Leaked Images – India Launch Ruled Out
The wait for Jeep’s next generation Compass SUV is now going to end soon. The real pictures of this car, which has been in the news for a long time through teasers, have now surfaced on the internet. Jeep gave its first glimpse in October last year and a teaser of its headlamp design was released in March 2025. Now, just before the launch, real pictures of the new Compass have been leaked which show its complete look.
How is the new design from outside?
The look of the new Jeep Compass is quite similar to the previous model but some changes make it more stylish. At the front, it has thin and sharp LED headlamps, which look good with Jeep’s signature seven-slot grille. The light strips above the headlights give it a futuristic touch. The bumper is heavy and bold, with fog lamps and thin vertical air vents on both sides.

From the side, the SUV-like look has been retained — large wheel arches, thick body cladding, and a strong shoulder line add to the robust look. The roof rails also look a little sleeker now. At the rear, the new taillights now come with a connected LED design, and the Jeep logo stands out in the centre with lighting. Overall, the front and rear now look smaller and more compact than the older model.
What’s special about the interiors?
The interior design of the new Compass has been completely changed. The dashboard looks more modern and premium than before. There is a large touchscreen in the centre, along with a new central console that has storage space and a rotary dial control. The cabin also gets a large panoramic sunroof that gives the interiors an open and rich feel. Also, the soft-touch materials and rich finish on the dashboard give it a luxurious feel.
New technology and engine platform
Jeep has built this new SUV on its STLA Medium platform, which is more modular and modern than before. European cars like Peugeot 3008, Citroen C5 Aircross and Opel Grandland have also been built on this platform. Talking about the engine, the company has not yet given official information, but it is expected that this model will come in petrol, hybrid, plug-in hybrid and full electric versions. Along with this, an all-wheel drive (AWD) version will also come, which will probably be seen in the Trailhawk edition.

New generation Compass will not come to India
A disappointing news for Jeep lovers for India is that this new Compass will not be launched in India. Stellantis Group has made it clear that the new generation will not be brought to India. However, the company will continue the existing Compass model and it will be sold with some minor changes so that it can remain in the market for a little more time.
