Soychiliks—1 chunks—1 cup

Capsicum—1 (green or colored)
Soy sauce—1 tsp
Chili sauce—1 tbsp

Black pepper—1/4 tsp
Green onion—for garnishing

Method to make Soya Chilli :
Add salt to soya chunks and boil for 5–7 minutes. Squeeze out the water and keep it in a bowl. Make a batter: Mix maida, cornstarch, salt, chili, and water to make a batter. Dip soya chunks in this batter and fry in hot oil till they become crispy. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic and green chili, and fry. Now add onion and capsicum and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
Then add all the sausages (soy, chili, and tomato), vinegar, black pepper, and some water. Now mix the fried soy chunks and stir for 2 minutes. Garnish with spring onion and serve hot. Perfect as a party snack, starter, or with fried rice/noodles.
