Ingredients to make Soya Chilli :

Soychiliks—1 chunks—1 cup

Salt—acSalt— to taste

Corn flour—3flour—3 tablespoons

Maida—2 tablespoons

k pepppepper—1/4 teaspoon

d chili powder—1/2 teaspoon

alt—cording to taste

Water— per need (to make a thin batter)

Oil—r frying For serving

Ginger-garlic (chopped)—1 tsp

Green chili—2 (long chopped)

Onion—1 (cut into square pieces)

Capsicum—1 (green or colored)

Soy sauce—1 tsp

Chili sauce—1 tbsp

Tomato sauce—1 tbsp

Vinegar—1/2 tsp

Black pepper—1/4 tsp

Green onion—for garnishing

Salt—as per taste

Method to make  Soya Chilli  :

Add salt to soya chunks and boil for 5–7 minutes. Squeeze out the water and keep it in a bowl. Make a batter: Mix maida, cornstarch, salt, chili, and water to make a batter. Dip soya chunks in this batter and fry in hot oil till they become crispy. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic and green chili, and fry. Now add onion and capsicum and sauté for 2–3 minutes.

Then add all the sausages (soy, chili, and tomato), vinegar, black pepper, and some water. Now mix the fried soy chunks and stir for 2 minutes. Garnish with spring onion and serve hot. Perfect as a party snack, starter, or with fried rice/noodles.
